IMPORTANT RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION BILLING INFORMATION

By purchasing our Program, you agree to automatic recurring charges for the duration of your subscription. You will continue to receive updated meal plans and workout programs as long as you remain a client.

The minimum subscription period is six months. Payments will be charged weekly or monthly, based on the option you select at signup. Cancellation requests can only take effect after the initial six-month period has been completed.

Subscription payments will continue to be charged regardless of app usage, and no refunds will be issued for non-use. To cancel your subscription, you must provide written notice prior to your final payment of your minimum subscription.

To cancel, send an email to [email protected] at least 48 hours before your next scheduled payment.

Subscriptions cannot be placed on hold.

PROGRESS PICTURES

By submitting your progress photos, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Confidentiality: All progress photos submitted are treated with the utmost confidentiality. These images are only used for the purpose of tracking your progress within the coaching program and will not be shared with any third parties without your express written consent.

2. Client Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the images submitted are accurate, current, and a true reflection of their physical progress. Any edits or alterations made to the images by the client may lead to inaccurate assessments and legal proceedings.

3. Use of Images for Promotional Purposes: With your permission, we may request to use your progress images for promotional or testimonial purposes. You have the right to decline this request, and your decision will not affect your participation in the program.

4. Liability Waiver: By submitting your progress photos, you release and hold harmless the company, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to the use, storage, or handling of these images in compliance with the terms above.

5. Security: All images are stored in a secure manner, and reasonable precautions are taken to protect the privacy and security of your personal information.
